We've released a beta version of "N-tools", which you can download from here. I'll be adding a tutorial on how to use it shortly, as well as quite a bit of info about corrupt MMCs. The main feature(s) of the program, allows you to make "backup images" of your MMC, and write these "images" back to your MMC. This can be used to fix most corrupt MMCs.
