Incase you haven't heard about it yet, there's a new app which allows you to play Doom on your N-Gage (or Series 60 Sybmian), which also supports other WAD files (such as Doom2 and Heretic).

The app's name is "C2Doom" and the official home page is http://koti.mbnet.fi/mertama, or you can download the Series 60 file from http://koti.mbnet.fi/mertama/downloads/c2doom_s60.sis.

Although I haven't tried it yet, you can apparently play Duke Nukem (3D?) and even Quake 2 with this program... from what I gather they're PSP rips or something, you can find more information here (you may need to register), though I'm not sure how legal these WAD downloads are...
